64jl FAQ – Answers to Your Most Common Questions

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account and play on 64jl. This is a firm requirement. Age verification may be requested during account review or before a withdrawal is processed. Providing false information about your age may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

No. 64jl strictly allows one account per person. Creating duplicate accounts — even under a different email — is a violation of the Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being suspended. If you've lost access to your existing account, contact support at [email protected] for account recovery assistance.

Visit the Login page and enter your registered email address or username along with your password. If OTP verification is enabled on your account, you'll receive an SMS code to your registered Philippine mobile number. Enter that code to complete your login. If you're on your personal device, you can use the "Keep me logged in" option to stay signed in between visits.

Log in to your account and go to your account settings or profile section. From there you can update certain details such as your display name or contact preferences. For changes to core information like your registered email or mobile number, contact support at [email protected] — identity verification will be required before any sensitive details are updated.

All transactions on 64jl are in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). There are no currency conversions or foreign exchange fees. Your account balance, deposits, and withdrawals are all displayed and processed in PHP, making it straightforward for players across Manila, Cebu, Davao, and the rest of the Philippines.

64jl supports Philippine online and mobile banking, local bank transfers, and e-wallets. GCash and Maya are among the supported e-wallet options. All deposits are processed in PHP. For the full and current list of available deposit channels, visit the Deposit page. Note that credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods.

Most deposits via e-wallets like GCash and Maya are credited to your 64jl account within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time. If your deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes and your transaction reference confirms the payment was sent, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction details for follow-up.

Log in to your account and navigate to the withdrawal section. Select your preferred withdrawal channel — bank transfer or supported e-wallet — enter the amount in PHP, and confirm. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the team before processing. Processing times can vary, and identity verification or KYC may be required before your first withdrawal is approved. Make sure your account details match your registered information to avoid delays.

Withdrawals can be declined for several reasons: incomplete KYC verification, account details that don't match, an outstanding bonus wagering requirement, or a flagged account activity. If your withdrawal was declined, you'll typically receive a notification with the reason. For clarification, contact support at [email protected] with your withdrawal reference number.

64jl covers a wide range of sports popular with Philippine players, including Basketball (PBA and NBA), Football, Volleyball, Boxing, and Esports. International competitions across major leagues are also available. Visit the Sports page to see all current markets and upcoming events. Both pre-match and live in-play betting are supported.

Live in-play betting lets you place bets on a game while it is currently happening. Odds update in real time based on the game situation — for example, you can bet on which team wins during a PBA game that's already in the third quarter, or back a boxing underdog after the first round. Navigate to the Bet page or Sports page while an event is live to access in-play markets.

In most cases, bets cannot be cancelled or amended once they have been confirmed. This is standard practice across sports betting platforms. For pre-match bets, the bet is locked in the moment you confirm it. For live bets, the same applies. If you believe a bet was placed in error due to a technical issue, contact support as soon as possible — manual reviews are done on a case-by-case basis.

If an event is officially postponed or cancelled before the result is determined, bets are generally voided and the stake is returned to your account balance. The specific handling depends on the rules for each sport and market, which are detailed in the Terms & Conditions. For specific queries about a voided bet, contact support with your bet reference number.

The 64jl live casino features real-dealer games streamed in real time, including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo, and other popular table games. These are among the most played games by Philippine players. Head to the Live Casino page to browse all current tables and available stakes. Most tables support PHP bets of varying sizes to suit different types of players.

No download is needed to play live casino games on desktop. The games run directly in your browser. On mobile, you can either use your browser or download the 64jl Android app from the App page for a smoother, dedicated experience. A stable internet connection is recommended for live-streamed table games to avoid interruptions.

Live dealer games use physical cards, wheels, and dice operated by real human dealers — all streamed live and visible to you in real time. This format is inherently transparent because you can watch every deal, spin, or roll as it happens. Slot games and RNG-based games use certified random number generators to ensure fair outcomes.

Yes. The 64jl Android app is available for download from the official App page. It gives you direct access to all platform features — sports betting, live casino, slots, account management, and deposits — optimised for your phone screen. Always download the app from the official 64jl source to ensure you're installing the genuine, secure version.

The dedicated app is currently Android-only. However, iOS users can access the full 64jl platform through the mobile browser on their iPhone or iPad. The website is fully responsive and works well on Safari and Chrome on iOS. For the best experience, add the site to your home screen for quick access without needing to go through the browser each time.

The 64jl app and mobile site work on both Wi-Fi and mobile data. Standard browsing, placing bets, and navigating the lobby use minimal data. Live casino streams use more bandwidth due to the real-time video feed, so a stable connection — either strong mobile data or Wi-Fi — is recommended for the best live dealer experience.

All data transmitted between your device and 64jl is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Your password is stored in hashed form and is never visible to staff. Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties outside of what is required for platform operations. For full details on how your data is handled, read the Privacy Policy.
